We put in for a status match on United 10 days ago per the websites instructions we sent in a picture of our Excutive Platinum status on American Airlines and today we received this reply.

So we sent them a screen shot [again] of our AA EXP PLT status along with 2 screen shots of all of our flights on American for the months of December and November, we will keep you updated !!
